How Do I Apply for Scholarship Assistance?
​​High school seniors in the Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD should contact their school counselor for the application form. High school seniors residing in Addison, Carrollton or Farmers Branch and not attending a CFB ISD school should download, print, complete and submit the application form.

Previous Civic League scholarship recipients may apply to renew their scholarship for up to $1000 by submitting the application on this website. Scholarship renewals are not guaranteed.​

Qualification for High School Scholarships:
Applicant must meet ALL of the following qualifications:

Demonstrate a definite need for financial assistance.

Be a resident of Addison, Carrollton, Farmers Branch or attend a CFBISD school.

Have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
-
Have taken the SAT and/or ACT.
-
Have applied to a college/technical school prior to submitting this scholarship application.

Submit three written recommendations with the application - two from teachers and one from a person outside of school and not related to the applicant

2025 High School Scholarship Applications are Due to Counselors no later than March 7, 2025.

Applicant must meet All of the following qualifications

Demonstrate a definite need for financial assistance.

Attend a CFBISD School.

Have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher.

Have applied to a technical school prior to submitting this scholarship application.

Submit two written references who can substantiate your work ethic and character.

Submit a written essay explaining:

Who you are and why you are deserving of this opportunity

What made you interested in pursuing a technical skill
-
Explain what motivates you to come to work/school each day
-
Share a challenge you have overcome in life to be successful

2025 High School Robert Baxter Trades Work Scholarship Applications are due to counselors no later than March 7th, 2025.

Qualifications for Returning College Student Scholarships:

Demonstrate a definite need for financial assistance.

Have a grade point average of 3.25 or better.
-
Submit three current written recommendations with the application - two from professor and one from a person outside the school who is not related to the applicant.

Attach the most recent college transcript to the application.

2024 Returning College Student Scholarship Applications must be received by The Civic League no later than
